Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please understand that each Claris Companion is crafted with great care and attention to detail so some orders may take longer.

Shipping Times

In-stock orders will be shipped in standard shipping times which are 3 – 5 business days. However, standard shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day. If you wish to find out the expected date of shipment on a particular item or order, please call us at 1-866-284-4939 for more information.

Shipping Carrier

Claris Healthcare ships using Fedex, UPS, and Canada Post however; we will work with other carriers upon special circumstances. Due to special package requirements we may not be able to ship products to certain areas or may be constrained on our shipping options. Weekend shipping is not available.

Domestic and International Shipping

Shipping and handling charges will be displayed on the summary page during checkout. Additional handling charge may be varying depending on the destinations shipped.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using alternate shippers may not have tracking numbers.

Signature and Physical Address

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed. Sorry, we don’t ship to post office boxes.

Rerouting

Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.
